Name Reservation

If you are not yet ready to incorporate or form a limited liability company (LLC), but would like to reserve your company name, Quick Incorporators offers state Name Reservations in those states where the reservation process is available. After we conduct a Name Check, we can reserve your company name for a certain period of time. Length of time for which a name can be reserved varies by state.

It is first important is to determine whether your desired company name is available in the state where your company will be formed. Specifically, the name of your corporation, limited liability company (LLC), limited partnership (LP), limited liability partnership (LLP) or nonprofit corporation must be distinguishable from company names already on record with the state of intended formation.  

Cost of Name Reservation
The cost for a state Name Reservation, with included Name Check, is $35, plus state fees.
